Episode 4

I haven’t been feeling very inspired the last few days or so to write anything. I have been making little notes here and there about things that I might want to write about nothing really felt exciting to me in the moment. As I was listening to Kathleen Camerons podcast today “The Manifested” I finally felt some inspiration to write! Thank you Kathleen lol

You can not lie to God/Source/Universe. Your energy doesn’t lie. It has to match your words because we manifest who we are being or what we are feeling, not what we want. When you visualize, imagine, or pray for what it is that you desire, say thank you for xyz in the energy, the feeling, that it is already done and you know it’s on it’s way to you. If you ask for xyz in of the energy of hoping but not really believing it’s going to come to you, it’s not going to come to you because that’s the energy or the feeling that you’re manifesting from. The universe doesn’t hear the words, it matches the energy/vibration/frequency/belief behind the words and that’s what it will deliver to you. So if you’re asking for something but believing the opposite to be true, you will manifest what you believe to be true, not what you’re asking for. You have to become the version of you that already has it by really feeling the feeling before you see it show up in your reality. You have to be a match for what you’re asking for first. But how you wonder, right? Yeah, me too. I am by no means implying that it’s easy, but it is simple. It might take some practice but what I’m learning is that you can use your imagination to your advantage instead of as a disadvantage. It’s literally why we were given an imagination in the first place. It’s where we create from and it’s there for that specific purpose. We can use it to create a beautiful life or to repeat the life we’re living or to live out our fears instead of our dreams. Question yourself when you have a thought or belief come through that doesn’t serve you. Ask yourself who’s belief is this really? Where did it come from? Do I actually believe this to be true? Do I want to believe this to be true? Pay attention the thoughts that are running through your mind on autopilot. Those are the beliefs, thoughts, feelings that need the most attention. Use your imagination consciously. Pay attention to what you’re imagining when you’re not doing it purposefully and change the image if it’s not serving you. You can. Stop believing that you can’t. Be as delulu as you want to be! Live it out in your imagination and really feel it as if you’re actually doing it. Make it as real as you possible, using all of your senses. Don’t tell me you can’t because I used to think I couldn’t too but I can, and you can too if you change the belief into believing you can. Think about biting into a lemon wedge right now and your mouth will start to water. Just from thinking about doing it! That’s exactly what I’m talking about doing with your imagination. You can imagine yourself doing anything and it gets easier the more you practice. What actions does this version of you take, the one that has everything you desire? How does this version of you think and most importantly FEEL? Keep practicing this reality in your mind as often as you can and watch it unfold in your life. It doesn’t matter if you can “visualize” in your mind or not. You can use your imagination without seeing a picture in your mind. I promise, you can. I don’t see pictures in my head but I do know exactly what it happening when I visualize something. I could describe it in great detail without seeing a literal picture. Try it. Imagine yourself walking outside your front door right now, breathing in the fresh air, turning your head up to the sky and feeling the sun warming your face. What does that feel like? What does it smell like outside? How does the wind feel on your skin?

You can even change your past experiences in your imagination. Why not? Who cares what happened. Change it. It’s all just your perception of it anyway so make it work in your favor instead of against you. I promise anyone else involved in whatever past experience you ruminate on believes it happened differently than you do anyway. The things that we experience in our past, we only experience once. After that it’s us reliving the experience over and over every time we imagine it and we don’t actually have to do that to ourselves! It just takes some conscious awareness and determination to change you thoughts. There are people who are interested in change, who learn about the things and don’t really do anything with it, and there are people who are committed to change. People who learn about the things, put them into practice, don’t give up and treat themselves with compassion and non-judgment. Which one are you? Which one do you wish to be? It doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks or believes. All that matters is your beliefs. This is your life and nobody else is living it for you. You get to choose how you want to perceive and live it. Life doesn’t happen TO you, it happens FROM you. You just have to decide.

Anytime you release a belief that’s not serving you, you need to replace it with a belief that does. Sometimes you have to remind yourself that you released a specific belief and have a new belief now. There will be moments available for you to define yourself and your new beliefs. Opportunities to react differently and according to your new beliefs. Sometimes an old thought pattern will pop in and that’s an opportunity for you to say no, we released that belief already, this is what we believe now. Or oops I forgot, we don’t think that way anymore, how silly to think that! Anything to shift into the new pattern until it fully integrates into your being. Kathleen Cameron says, it’s your human showing. Treat your human with love and non-judgement. Don’t get angry or frustrated when these things show up for you. Just remind your human that you’ve released those thoughts and beliefs so you can experience life in a different and better way. Take good care of your human vessel, be kind to it and it will in turn take care of you. Do these things until your new state feels natural to you. It doesn’t happen overnight. It takes some time, patience and persistence. The naturalness of who you believe yourself to be will determine the effortlessness in which your new way of being presents itself to you and which life happens through you. In other words, once your new state of being, your new thoughts and beliefs become your natural state, your new reality shows up effortlessly because you’ve shifted your main frequency. We don’t manifest every single thought that pops into our heads or out of our mouths. We manifest based on the visions, thoughts, beliefs that we “hold on the screen in our mind” so whatever your imagining, thinking, feeling, believing and saying the most of the time is what truly matters. You can choose for the things you think and feel the most to be fear based, or based on doing and thinking the same things every day over and over and never change your external world; or you can choose to integrate new thoughts, beliefs, and feelings, change your inner world and watch your outer world change as the effect. Be excited for what’s to come during the in between while you do the work. Everyday is not going to be easy or fun but it will be worthwhile. What else are you doing anyway? Might as well try something that just might change your whole life for the better. Don’t give up in the in between. This is where you’re releasing the old and learning to accept the new. There are things that are aligning for you that you don’t see in the in between. I can have a tendency to be impatient in this stage of the game and it’s a good time to remind myself that I am a powerful manifester and will always manifest who I am being, good or bad. Try to stay excited in the in between for knowing what is coming next for you. If it’s feeling hard, remember you can always go to your imagination and practice feeling the feelings of it being here. I used to feel like it was bad to sit and daydream, like I wasn’t doing anything productive or I was playing make believe. Remember that your imagination is actually your most powerful tool in creating your reality. The more you can practice this, the faster things will align for you and you will find the right opportunities show up for you to take action on and move you forward into the life you desire.

What you believe to be true becomes your truth and it really is as simple as that. Not what you want or hope to believe, but what you really and truly believe. It’s worth really sitting and being honest with yourself about what you’re beliefs are right now in this moment. You can shift it and change it but only if you see it and acknowledge it first for what it is.
